At First Portrait, we provide a service of designing and printing posters with the scanned data of ultrasound photos.

Information

■ As a general rule, First Portrait is not accepting a refund at the convenience of customers. Please read the precautions below carefully before making a purchase.

■ An invitation will be sent to your email address within 3 days from your purchase. In the invitation, the steps to follow in order to create a poster are written. Please make sure to be able to receive the email from info@firstportrait.jp to your email address.

■ We accept any sizes of ultrasound photos. However, if the scanned photos you sent us have low resolution or have major damage, there is a possibility that we will not be able to accept them. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the scanned data, please ask us by email in advance. Please refer to here for the data resolution.

■ Only still images can be used to create a poster. However, if you only have an ultrasound video, please take screenshots of the scenes you would like to incorporate in a poster. They are able to be used as still images. Please note that we will not take charge of videos.

■ We are not able to take charge of ultrasound photos itself. Considering the risk of losing them, we are able to communicate only online with those who live outside of Japan.

■ Staff will design each poster at the atelier. They may slightly differ from the sample.

■ We are able to make deliveries to only the countries and regions available in Express Mail Service (EMS).

■ Frames are not included.
