After the order is confirmed, the invitation which explains the process of poster making will be sent out to you within about a week.
* Please note that orders made on weekends and holidays might delay.
Posters can be delivered only to the countries and regions available in EMS. Please note that we are unable to deliver posters to countries and regions outside of such areas.
About order made posters
All posters (order-made and ready-made) get shipped after we receive all the necessary information from you, design, and print them.
Please note that we are unable to provide the specific arrival date of your poster.
Return Policy
Returns due to flaws or arrival of wrong products caused by us:
We will immediately exchange it with the right product.Please contact us by the inquiry form or email within 10 days after you receive your product. We will explain the process in email. In this case, we will take on any handling charges.
Returns at the convenience of customers (ex. “the poster differs from the expectation” or “finding it unattractive”):
Please check the return policy to see if your poster is returnable. If it fulfills the policy, please contact us by the inquiry form or email before returning it to us. In this case, we will ask you to take on any handling charges.
